What is the Motto returns policy?
Due to the current situation - we have extended our returns period to 30 days! Motto Online has a free returns policy on all full price and most sale items. You can return these items for a full refund, exchange or online store credit note.
Full priced items can be returned at Motto's cost using our Reply Paid address, and SALE items are returned at your cost.
Please note, any items marked as FINAL SALE in their product name cannot be returned at all, these are heavily discounted items. All relevant returns information will be included with your online order.
International Orders:
Items to be returned outside of Australia, can not be charged to our Reply Paid account. Though in the case of a size exchange, we will have the new item delivered free of additional postage charges. Please note, Items marked FINAL SALE in the product name cannot be returned.
