Q. How much does it cost for an appointment?
A. Nothing it's FREE!!
Q. What can I expect from a styling session?
A. On arrival there is a 'sanitisation station' and of course you will need to be wearing a face mask (thanks COVID). You will then head to our showroom, where one of our Styling Consultants will ask you a handful of questions to get to know a bit about you. This is when the fun really begins and the styling starts - you will get to see all the new things (and some styles that may not even be up on the website yet)
Q. What shall I bring with me?
A. Just yourself! But if you have an item in your wardrobe that you need help styling, bring it along!
Q. What happens if I want to purchase something that I try on during my session?
A. We can process a transaction here at Motto HQ, so you can take the goodies home with you on the day. We accept credit card, paypal and zippay as payment options.
Q. I work during the week, do you have Saturday appointments available?
A. Yes, Saturday consults are available upon request – just email customercare@motto.com.au
Q. Can I bring someone with me?
A. Absolutely - bring your friend or Mum or sister along with you. However with current restrictions, we are only allowing one other person.
Q. How long are the Consults?
A. We offer two different options - either 'Try Before You Buy' which is a 15 minute slot to try on pieces you might have your eye on. Or for a more premium service, you can book a one-on-one free styling session - we allow an hour for this in the bookings.
Q. What if I'm feeling unwell?
A. With everything that's happening at the moment, it's really important that if you are feeling at all unwell you stay home. We want to keep everyone safe! Just call us to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
Q. Where is your Motto HQ?
A. We are based in Alphington - which is just of the Chandler Highway exit on the Eastern Freeway
