Store Manager - Church St, Brighton
Store Manager - Main St, Mornington
Two opportunities have arisen within our company for an experienced store manager who loves working in a fashion focused environment, leading a team of dedicated women and delivering results. This position will suit a person who thrives on building a loyal following, and who loves inspiring women to build their wardrobes around style, functionality and versatility.
In this role, you will head the direction and growth of your store through customized marketing strategies, including building and promoting your stores social media presence. This role will suit someone who is customer and sales focused, passionate about fashion (and styling), and excited to establish themselves as a style icon to their clientele.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the key responsibilities in this role include:Recruiting and training staff in line with Motto store and company values
Maintaining high levels of sales across your entire team, and encouraging them to reach their full potential
Developing and implementing opportunities for store growth, in particular around the social media space
Providing a top level of customer service including sales, follow up and offering a personalized customer experience
Take over the management of the Brighton Stores Social Media presence and continue its growth
Be the face of Motto Brighton within company social media communities
Previous experience working in the fashion industry in a management role
Proven ability to be sales and customer focused
Good verbal communication skills
Up to date computer skills
Have a keen eye for fashion trends
Sound knowledge of social media, or, a positive attitude to learn about it
Minimum 2 years experience working in retail management
